CPS1 Terminator for S. cerevisiae This is the terminator for the CPS1 gene. In "Use of High Capacity Terminators in Saccharomyces cerevisiae to Increase mRNA half-life and Improve Gene Expression Control for Metabolic Engineering Applications" by Kathleen A. Curran et al., it was found to be a useful tool for metabolic engineering. It was found to improve gene control. We used it as a terminator for our fluorescent reporter in order to have a strong signal.
